I had sex with my girl friend and we were fooling around… I pushed my penis in her rather hard and she wasn’t wet yet…then I felt a tear. It turned out I torn my frenulum. It is little sore now and penis is little black and blue. I keep it clean, is there anything else I should do?

My foreskin has turned 2 tone as of the last 3 years or so I am not circumssed and I keep getting theese slight painful cracks that will not allow for retraction and when I retract it hurts like hell. By 2 tone I mean white blotches near the head that feel almost like scar tissue. Anyone with help...

oks some people have a "tight foreskin" the best way to get rid of this is streching.. To strach ur forskin you must pull it back as far as u can and hold it for a couple of minuties do this a couple of times a day. Day after day you will start to see results. Iv been doing it for 2 days...
