Hello, I know there are many posts about Sebaceous Prominence but I am a little scared. For about 3 years i have had them and the last few months they have gotten a lot worse. I have a lot of them on the bottom of my penis and they are started to spread to the front of my penis. Should i be worried? Is there anything i can do to stop them from spreading?
