Is there a mental disorder that disallows one to think before they commit to an action?

As the title says. I usually cannot think or rationalize an action prior to doing it. I just do it. I've done this several times, usually prior to damaging or breaking something or under a lot of stress, and I cannot find logical reasoning to it.
