extremely sore legs

I am 22 weeks pregnant with my second child, in the past few days i have been suffering from extremely sore legs particularly the tops of my legs, its not leg cramps as i had that with my first pregnancy. I do feel achy all over but my legs seem to be the worst of all, any suggestions?

I am 5 mts pregnant and i had a urinary tract infection and i was prescribed some antibiotics and they have been taken. however i am still having cramping on the right side (above my pelvis) and a little burning. Is this possibly from not enough lubrication? please help
