normal in 6/7wks to have very little symptoms, lite discharge and spotting present?

I am 6 or 7 wks pregnant. I have taken 4 tests at home that are positive. I have very little symptoms other than light spotting and light mucousy discharge. I am so worried about miscarriage. Anyone with the same symptoms and farther along?
