i have recently had a tube removed due to an ectopic pregnancy, 2 weeks later i am still in a lot of pain in my lower right hand side and around the wounds, is theis normal.

Heavy Dizziness during 9 week Pragnancy

My wife she is 28 year old 9 weeks pragnant(First Baby). From 8th week she is having very very heavy dizziness and vomiting upto 2-3 days regularly. Gaynilogist Doctor told us this is normal, happen with everybody, but I am not satisfied with this answer. Please guide us.
