Hi, I am pregnant for over the three months. I am going to routine checks to my doctor from time to time. I love to exercise. I was overweight once and with exercises I have managed to loss the weight. Since then I do not miss the training. The doctor says that I could exercise as long as I feel right. What are the signs that I should stop exercising in pregnancy?

The signs when you must stop exercising are: vaginal bleeding, shortness of breath, dizziness or feeling faint, headache, chest pain, muscle weakness, back of pelvic pain, fluid leaking from your vagina etc.
