36 weeks pregnant with pinpointed burning sensation in lower

This is my first pregnancy. I'm 36 weeks in counting sometimes I get this throbbing burning sensation right above my pubic bone on the left or right sides of my stomach. Sometimes smack dead in the middle of my plevic area where the baby lies. What is this I feel?

stomache pain and backaches and major sickness;

I dont know if im pregnant or not. im hoping not but i need to know what are symptoms/signs of pregnancy.
