milk coming out of my breasts 3 months after mis carrige

in october i got pregnant ant had a miscarige in december.. its now late march and i started getting milk coming from from my breasts about 2weeks ago.. i cant be pregnant again because i have an inplant in my arm.. is this anything 2worry about... can i stop the milk?
