3 months pregnant,yet menstruating and testing -ve to urine pregnancy test.

Is it possible to be 3 months pregnant and still test -ve while menstruation is still on. My grand mum asked me last week if I was pregnant. Really I do not feel pregnant but I could be because my grand mum is just too good at that.
