Hello, guys. I have recently got pregnant. Since I am accustomed to various physical activities, I would like to keep up with that as much as it is possible during my pregnancy. Can exercise be harmful for the baby in my condition? What do you suggest? Thanks for all honest replies. Bye!

Hi, there. You can benefit a lot from exercising in pregnancy. Of course, it can’t be in the pre-pregnancy rhythm. Those exercises must be gentle. If you consult with an expert, they won’t be harmful for the baby. Especially if you have no medical condition, there is no danger. Sometimes walking and breathing exercise will do enough.
