Im about 5 weeks pregnant and cramp at least once every hour

I missed my period and have come to the conclusion that i am pregnant, i cramp at least once every hour, sometimes its nothing other times it doesnt feel so good. Ive read about implantation cramping, how long can this go on for and am ok? %-)
