Pregnant but no heartbeat, I don't have any signs of being pregnant or having a miscarriage

I went to the er today cause I started spotting they did a Ultra sound im 6 weeks 3 days but their wasn't a heartbeat. I don't have any signs of being pregnant or having a miscarriage. How should I feel about this.

9 weeks no heartbeat, but fetus looks like it is still developing
