Does anyone know Urologist that prescribes Intermittent catheterization for BPH and retention issues

Does any one know a Urologist that prescribes Intermentant  catheterization (4 times weekly more or less) for bph and retention issues? Being 55 I do not want to do surgery or start meds for life until in my 60s. Please let me know, thanks
