i have lots of little pimples all over my labia and skin around the clit. if i squeeze them this white stuff comes out. after a day the labia is covered in this white/yellow stuff and can have an unpleasant smell. does anyone know what this is??

I have recently had a leep test, and i think the day before i was showing signs of also having a UTI. I don't know If i should go get checked out because of the leep test, or if they will see blood in the urine from the UTI or from the bleeding because of the leep test. What should I do?
