Small red dry spots in vaginal area.

Hey guys, I've been gettin these small red/pink dry spots I guess you could say around my vagina, but no in.. They look and feel more like a scab & usually show up after my boyfriend and I had sex for a long period of time. Does anybody know if this is normal or what it is?

am i going through menopuse

am 50 and have fibriods. but i discovered that i have a swelling on my right side abdomen but that disappeared within a day. the swelling was painless. And i noticed that anytime I eat fish or beef or Chicken I spot brigt red or chocolate and finally it clears. my fibriods gives me heavy bleeing....
