From maybe..a year or two after I've first gotten my period I've had bumps that have come up a few weeks before my period, I've talked to my doctor about it and she says it's hormones but these boils friggin' hurt.
And I also am having worries about my discharge and the boils at the same time, what should I do? Go back to my doctor or wait it out..?

Well, i would see a doctor and ask if there was a way to relieve the discomfort from the boils. The discharge is probably nothing to worry about if it is clear, milky and has no odor.
