For the past two days the lips to my vagina have been very dry and painful. I looked on the inside of the lips and there are small dark spots. I am 17 years old and a virgin. I have pneumonia so I have been taking medicine for that and a lot of tylenol. I have looked at other posts about this but they all say that it is also itchy and there are no spots. Please help me

Hi, it could be a simple yeast infection that you have, when you say its painful is it red and sore painful?

It's mostly just painful because it's so dry and when my underwear or clothes touch or I sit down it gets irritated and hurts really bad

I would advice you go get checked out by your doctor but I don't think its any more than a yeast infection.
