bleeding after intercourse~!

Last 2 times i was having sex with my partner, i found out that she bleed a little in the inner of vagina. It wasn't a heavy one but just rather some blood stain on a tissue paper. This had never happened but not for the past 2 times. I scare it might be some infection or pregnancy. plaese advice!
