Endometrial Ablation Watery Discharge

I just had a Novasure endometrial ablation. I was told to expect a clear, watery discharge, in fact, this is the only after effect I've had. Nowhere can I find what this is or why it occurs. Can you help?

I pulled out a dry tampon a week ago which was very sore. After I had pain when sitting down but this has now gone. I now have what feels like a hard lump of muscle just inside vagina which is tender. Could I have pulled/torn a muscle in there ?
