Bumps on labia

Tiny hard bumps on labia, have them now going two years. More on one side than the other. I do shave regularly.  No pain, fluid, or discoloration. Not able to pop them as they are so hard. Started out with just one or two, now maybe about six or eight are there.  Pop-smear always comes back OK....
