New, strange sensations

I wasn't late for my period. It came on the day it was supposed to, and it was about a day and a half--kind of light, but otherwise normal. Now, 4 days later, my breasts are sore, and I have mild cramps, but they're more tingly than painful. Does anyone have any idea what's going on??
