wHEN DO I TEST

I had my AF (aunt flow) on Sept12 and had a D&C and myomectomy surgery on Sept 19. I think I usually have AF every 30-34 days. I had intercourse on Sept 28th, Oct 1st-4th and so on which was ovulation time. When should I take a pregnancy test? :-D
