Age 43: Laparoscopic Super-cervical Hysterectomy 2010

I have had an LSH 4 weeks ago and feel comfortable and pain free. I am fully mobile and have been driving since week two after the op. I have just spent 3 days at a trade show walking around (lots of walking is a good thing I hear) a bit tired now and again but with no pain. I tried to do too much 1 week after the op and had to go back for an ultra sound as the bulge felt like a baseball where my cervix is. The damage was minimal and only a small tear below my stitches internally, but the Dr warned that a full blown hernia would have resulted in surgery and years of pain and complications.
