I am having a discharge that i can feel when it comes out. It is white but dries up yellow and have a bad smell. I do not have any other syptoms. Can some one help!!!!! :-( :-( :-( :-(

dissolvable stiches not coming out

I had vulva surgery a month ago and the doctor used dissolvable stiches, but they have not come out yet. Is this normal? My doctor says it is healed but stitches are still there!! My doctor volunteered to take them out, but is that safe? Please help me.
