ovulation and bleeding

? I am 22 years old and married trying to conceive but recently I had a miscarriage there after I have been bleeding for the last 3 months during my ovulation period. I have spotting after my period. Do these effects come from trying to conceive or is there something wrong?

My glut sticks out
