HELP burning labia bumps

I had a hystetevtomy almost a year ago. they left me eitj one ovary. I went to the doctor. she figured I have yeast infection. I have inserted 3 monastat ovales and I still have pelvic ache. Feels like a bladder infrvtion or menstrual cramps but its neither. What else could it be
