Hey,i ve being having an unbearable pain each tym i pee,it started abt 4 days ago whn i was peeing i felt asif something shifted in the pubic area since then i pee evry minute with pains and drop of blood after the urine,and alot if itchy rashes spread out.what is wrong wit me?pls help me

Hi I woke up this morning wanning to go pee an so I did but like every other day I pee kind of yellow im guessing cuz im dirty cuz of drugs. So I went to work at 7 am an around 10am I needed to go pee an wen I went to pee I look an I saw dat my urine came out bloody I dont drip blood aftet I finish peeing or nor it doesnt hurt went im peeing or finish peeing . Can u pls guide me to wat I should do .pls thank u
