I have a question for anyone out there with this problem? I heard of a person who was told to wait 2 years to have another baby to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Has anyone else been told that. I asked my doctor and he said that there is no reason to wait. Just wondering....

ok so lately i have been having really bad itches and i am sure it is to vaginal dryness, is there anything that i can do to prevent this or make it better? is there anything i could use from like house hold items?is it ok to put anti itch cream on it? i am only 17 and new to all of this not sure...

I have the same problem... Im 25 and used to have no problem with vaginal dryness, in fact I was overly wet. now im dry as a bone. what happened? I don't think my estrogen levels have fallen... Can an infection be caused by the effects of having intercourse that irritates the vagina??? :'(
