pains in stomache with smelly discharge

hello i get bacteral infections all the time that has a smelly discharge that is white and yellow kinda thick. doctors have gave me the pills to clear it up but it comes right back they told me not to use any frangrances in my bath. so i take showers can you help me with my problem?
