Is a hypertrophic labia related to hypertrophic breasts?

I have extreme labia hypertrophy that happened on the onset of puberty. I did not have hypertrophic breasts though, but these can also form during pregnancy. Does having a hypertrophic labia increase my chances of getting hypertrophic breasts during pregnancy?
