Large vaginal lump under skin! help

I have a large Lump around the size of a 50c peice inside my left vaginal lip, it moves when you touch it, i have never noticed it before and neither has my boyfriend and it is not painful at all.. I need healthy clitoris. Help.

I've never been told by a doctor but read in a book once that women should pull back the hood of the clitoris to clean it. Anyone ever heard of this? Sometimes when I do this it burns. Also sometimes there's tiny little white stuff that looks like it may be toilet paper??? HELP!

I have been experiencing thick white vaginal discharge for quite a while now. Its not regular it just happen every so often. I just want to know if it is something serious, and should I go to a doctor. I don't have any burning or itching, and if there is a smell it is very light.
