I've never been told by a doctor but read in a book once that women should pull back the hood of the clitoris to clean it. Anyone ever heard of this? Sometimes when I do this it burns. Also sometimes there's tiny little white stuff that looks like it may be toilet paper??? HELP!

normal washing of you vulva, should be enough to keep your clitoris clean.
in some women the clitoris is exposed , and not hidden under its hood.
if yours is hidden under its hood, be very careful and gentle about pulling the hood back.
if you do expose it , just water , or a medical wipe should do to keep it clean.
the white bits could be toilet paper, because your uretha is very close to the clitoris, so that as you wipe you vulval area to clean away drips of urine, fractions of toilet paper could get left behind under the clitoral hood.
you could try lubricating the clitoris with a water based lubrication. this may stop the burning feeling.
