I have a large Lump around the size of a 50c peice inside my left vaginal lip, it moves when you touch it, i have never noticed it before and neither has my boyfriend and it is not painful at all.. Could anything be swollen? i havnt had sex in over a week and am only 19years old.. Can anyone help??

I had the same thing!! I am 29. I went to the Dr., he had to numb the area and cut it open and drain it. So your problem could be like that. Also, there is something called a Bartholems cyst. That could be your problem as well. Search that on the internet. Oh, by th way, it really wasn't that bad having the area draind. %-) Hope this helps
