labia minora is darker lately

lately, I have been on various different kinds of pills and have had weird symptoms. For one of them I have breast tenderness and nipple discharge(bloody) and I know i'm not pregnant, just noticed that the labia minors is like a dark purplish color. I hope I'm fine.
