thick discharge, iching, and wetness

im so embarest to ask this as im only 16, i havnt had sex but i think i have a virginal infection...its thick discarge...and very ichy..my underwear is also really wet...it makes me feel so uncomfortable..but im to scared to go doctors..? please help!!..is there anything i can do? thankyouuu x

Red pimple like bumps on vaginal area and similar smaller ones on the anus. Painful!
