Sperm with strange things in it...

I have noticed (3 months now) that in my sperm there are something very strange gely things...i am little worried about that...Is that a problem?Their shape is like rice...i dont know what to do...can anybody tell me what's that and if it is serious....i m waiting for help-posts...
