is this normal?

My period comes between 18 and 22 days. not within the 32 day cycle of whatever its supposed to. it is twice a month? is this normal or should i see my doctor about this problem?

My vagina is releasing liquid, clear, and I'd like to know if I'm pregnant.

I've had sex on sunday, and today is Wednesday. But all day yesterday, I was releasing liquids. I don't know if that's a sign. But, my breasts we're tender, and I wasn't cramping. Am I ovulating? I'm kinda worried .
