skin above vaginal cavity is turning black

I am 23 and the skin above my vaginal cavity is turning black, i noticed this a month a go when i was doing a self check and now it seems to have grown, i also have tiny white bumps that are kind of shiny above my clitoris and inside my labia on the left and right side (a small cluster on esch side) they are really tiny and can only be seen if the skin is stretched. The skin around my anus is dry and itchy and white which i always thought had something to do with the fact i have psoriasis but now im not so sure. Going to the doctors is difficult as i am in a country where i dont speak the language and im now officially freaked out.
Any help would be appreciated
