PLEASEHELP! Lump on cliterous

I have been feeling extremelly sore for days. My cliterous is hard, bright red and painfully sore all the time and there is a small round lump on one side of the hood just where it connects to the cliterous. I haven't had sex with anyone for a few weeks and before that for months. It hasn't had any rough treatment! I always use protection. I've had quite a few lumps and bumps (trapped follicles/cysts) on the outside pubic area but never anything on the inside like this. Could I have spread the infection inside? What do i do? I don't have access to doctors in my area because none of them are taking patients! It's so extra sensitive and hurts so much to touch I can't even wash in the area. Please please help!! : (
