Vaginal discharge that is slught yellow

I have been getting a slight yellow semi smelly vaginal discharge and do not know what is going on! It has an 'after sex' sex smell to it, but I haven't had sex in about a month....no itching or anything. Just an excess discharge with a slight odor....please help!
