So I'm really hoping somebody can help explain what the heck is happening because I am freaking out!!

I have been in a serious relationship with my boyfriend for a few years but we rarely have intercourse. We always use a condom and he never ejaculates inside me even with the condom. The last time we had sex was sometime in the last week of March or the first week of April, we cannot pinpoint the date exactly. My periods are always regular and I almost always get my period exactly on the 17th, but it sometimes comes a few days early and rarely comes late. My last period however was March 17th and I have missed my period the past two months!

I wasn't too concerned the first month because I had just recently started exercising and drastically changed my diet---I used to be a fast food junkie and never worked out but I took up pilates and was doing cardio sometimes twice a day and adopted a clean eating diet. I figured that my period was missed that month because I was down to 100 lbs so I reduced the cardio to once every other day and stopped eating so strictly..I thought maybe I had just lost too much weight.

But then month two rolled around and I'm eating healthy but not restricted in calories and exercising daily but not anything too intense. And still no period! I had intense cramps around the time I should have had my period so I was hopeful..but nothing! I still have muted cramps now and they sometimes get more intense..and I just noticed today that I was having brownish pink discharge. I'm peeing all the time and my breasts are a little swollen but not tender. I'm also having weird cravings but I'm also trying to eat healthy so that part could be psychological.... I took a HPT and it was negative so I thought I was in the clear..but then after looking it up online I realized that it could be a false negative!

Can somebody give me any clarity to what's going on??

I have had my period regularly every month since i first got it, yet one month it didn't come. So it is completely normal for things like that to occur, and as you said you have had a major diet and excercise change which can often effect your menstrual cycle. Cramps, cravings, breast tenderness, brown-red coloured discharge are all signs that your period is most likely on it's way.

As for the peeing all the time that is just a psychological effect, even if you were pregnant at this point you would not need to pee all the time because the baby would not be big enough to be putting any pressure on your bladder. Also the fact that you use condoms and the withdrawl method puts your chances at pregnancy about as close to 0 as you can get.
