IUD and the bad odour vaginal discharge

I recently had an IUD inserted and I always now have vaginal discharge. It's sip embarrassing that I am so self conscious. I stay away frm my husband from fear that he can perceive it. Please any help? I may have to just remove it And opt for another family planning method.

small white "dots" all over vagina

Since i was around 13 i have have what seems like hundreds of these little dots all over my vaginal lips inside and out. they dont itch, they dont seem to grow, but it seems more of them are always appearing. Also you can only see them if the skin is stretched any ideas?
