Went to the toilet and noticed like a spot on my vagina so I tried to squeeze it and was really hard to squeeze and hurt me eventually I managed to squeeze it and a little hard white thing came out and it was bleeding please help what could this be??

Swollen vagina lips white stuff painful

Just recently before I started my period, I came to find out that my vagina lips are swollen and the inside of the have white things, it doesn't look like discharge, but it doesn't look like puss pockets..
