Went to the toilet and noticed like a spot on my vagina so I tried to squeeze it and was really hard to squeeze and hurt me eventually I managed to squeeze it and a little hard white thing came out and it was bleeding please help what could this be??

I think its simply regular pimples.. it does bleed since you squeezed it.. doesnt seem a health concern to me.. they do heal.

Maybe its due to ur diet .. stay away from oily foods..
