Cervical lump

Few days ago I found a lump inside my cervical. This lump is a size of a grape and it does not hurt me. I am very concerned so I made an appointment with me gynecologist. There is no history of cancer in this region in my family. I would appreciate if someone could tell me more about this.

Light red spotting after periods, i am not on any birth control pill

I am 38, and saw very light red spotting on the 10th and 12th day after the 1st day of my period. I am not on any birth control pills and not pregnant...Any idea why this might be?

Vaginal discharge after bowel movements

There hasn't been an answer from a medical professional regarding the excess clear discharge after bowel movements. Im 57 posy menpausal and have the exact symptoms these younger girls have. 3 gyn visits sp far and not one answer.
