My posterior fourchet is very swollen and it's hurts when I pee and itch. I'm sexually active but this the first time this ever happened to me and I've been with only 1 dude. My discharge look like cottage cheese idk what to do. My mom don't know I'm sexually active so I don't want to go to get it checked out bc she'll have to go. What should I do?

It might be a yeast infection, but it also could be something else. Have you recently started using condoms or changed the brand?
Could you go to the doctor by yourself? Maybe to a Planned Parenthood? Or if not, and your mom goes with you, could you see the doctor alone? To me, it's perfectly reasonable to not want your mom present during the exam. Maybe you could tell her you think you'd feel less embarrassed with fewer people (her) there. Also when a teen shows up at the doctors with a parent, esp if it's a gynecology office, many docs are savvy enough to know that the teen needs time alone with the doc, and will (safely) make that happen during the appointment.
And kudos to you for knowing and using the correct term for a part of your vulva! So much better than when someone uses "vagina" to describe the vulva, and that's not only wrong but also not even specific. You used a specific, correct term, so bravo!
