When I was 10 I was in the pool my vagina started hurting I checked it n there was a 2 1/2 inch very skinny stick stuck up my vagina there was no blood did it break my hymen?

I am 39 years old. I had an endometrial ablation 2 years ago. I had a very ligh period regularly til November this year. From November until April none. Have been bleeding daily for the past 1.5 months or so. Should I be worried? I am afraid it is uterine cancer. Please help!
