Nausea 4 years after ablation, It mainly happens in the morning or whenever I eat

I got an ablation done a little under 4 years ago but for the past 3weeks I’ve been having serious nausea and actual vomiting. It mainly happens in the morning or whenever I eat. What could this problem be? Mind you I haven’t menstruated since I had it done. Please help.
