UTI symptoms with constant vaginal pain

I have been having trouble lately. I am on my 4th round of antibiotics for a UTI. At first Ihad the classic symptoms for UTI, burning on urination,etc., but the second week I developed constant vaginal pain that I cannot bear without pain medication. I have never had this symptom before.
